Buckeye Pie

This pie is really easy to make and very yummy.

3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. milk
1 large chocolate instant pudding
16 oz cool whip
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 chocolate pie crusts

Mix: powdered sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese. Then add 1/2 of the whipped cream and mix until well blended. Divide the mix between the 2 pie crusts.

Mix the milk and pudding together for 2 minutes. Pour into the pie crusts and spread evenly. Spread the rest of the whipped cream on top. Freeze or refrigerate.

I use a knife to spread everything because it tends to stick to the spatula more and cause problems (like ruined crusts). Also, it's probably prettier if you use a can of whipped cream and make a pretty design. Just my two cents :)
